• Customers who book and complete one paid spa/grooming service during the offer period will receive one complimentary spa/groom service for their pet.
• The free spa/groom service must be redeemed for the same pet on a later visit and cannot be used on the same day as the first service.
• The free spa/groom service must be redeemed within 3 months from the date of the first spa/groom day.
• The complimentary spa applies only to the standard spa/grooming package. Any add-ons or upgrades will be charged separately.
• Limit: One free spa/groom service per pet/customer under this promotion.
• The offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
• Service may be declined if a pet's health or behaviour makes grooming unsafe, as per standard safety practices.
