By accessing Sara Global’s website, known as the “Site”, you, known as the “User”, hereby acknowledge that the User has read, understood and agreed to be bound by these policies:

Sara Global Pte Ltd and its management hereby express their right to revise, amend, withdraw, or make changes to these terms and conditions, and policies, in part or in whole at any time with or without prior notice to its Users. All such revisions, amendments, withdrawals, or changes shall be automatically, or immediately effective once they are posted on the Site.

Indemnity

The User shall agree to indemnify and hold Sara Global Pte Ltd and its employees and partners harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities (including any statutory liability and 3 rd party liabilities) that made by any third party due to or arising from the use of the Site and/or Services and/or the User’s breach of the Terms of Use.

ONLINE SHOPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Product Warranties

With respect to non-exclusive Sara Global Pte Ltd (Sara Global) branded Goods, such Goods are supplied and sold on an "as is where is" basis, unless the manufacturer, or supplier, of such Goods has issued a warranty in respect of such Goods, in which case such Goods are supplied and sold with the warranties issued and granted by the manufacturer, or supplier, of such Goods only. You hereby agree to look solely to such manufacturer, o\r supplier, for any claims related to such warranties.

2. Pricing & Product Information

All pricing stated on our website is inclusive of GST. The prices displayed on WWW.HUFT.SG are meant for online shopping only. The prices of certain products may differ slightly from those charged in Sara Global retail stores. Promotions online are not always extended in-stores and vice versa. Whilst all pricing & product information stated are as accurate as possible, Sara
Global reserves the right to vary the pricing and other details of the products without prior notice. The expiry date on the packaging is an indication of the product & life span before it is opened for use.

3. Discounts and Loyalty Points

Subject to the Terms and Conditions of prevailing promotions, applicable membership privileges (i.e. Birthday Discount, Bulk Discount & Loyalty Point) will only be given upon verification of membership status.

  • 5% Daily Savings on regular-priced items and grooming services with minimum spend of $15.
  • 15% Birthday Month Savings on regular-priced items and grooming services with minimum spend of $35.
  • Not applicable for sale of live animals and gift vouchers

4. Modes of Payment

We accept credit cards (VISA, Master Card & AMEX), Google Pay and cash payments.

5. Order Confirmation

Orders made online by the User shall be deemed to be accepted upon the sending of an order summary email by Sara Global (HUFT) to the user.

For orders made at the retail store(s) for home delivery, our Delivery Service Officer will contact you to confirm your order and advise on the delivery lead time. In cases where stocks become unavailable, Sara Global reserves the right to reject, and/or limit the quantities ordered. If an item is out of stock or substituted, the final amount payable will be adjusted before we make any deductions. If any product was delivered to the customer by mistake, Sara Global reserves the right to collect the wrong product delivered.

6. Delivery Lead Time

The following is only applicable to orders made online. For orders made at the retail store(s) for home delivery, our Delivery Service Officer will contact you to confirm your order and advise on the delivery lead time.

Standard Delivery (Inclusive of Click & Collect orders)

AVAILABLE Stocks are available, with the earliest delivery within 2 working days from the date of order.
IN STOCK Stocks are available at our retail stores, with the earliest delivery in 5 working days from date of order.
SPECIAL ORDER Stocks are subjected to supplier & availability with the earliest delivery in 7 working days from date of order.

 

Express Delivery

AVAILABLE Stocks are available for same day or next day delivery, subject to terms  & conditions below.
  •  All items within the order must be of ‘Available’ stock status only
  • Orders must be made before 10am on Tuesdays to Fridays, excluding public holidays and eveof public holidays
  • Due to limited delivery slots per day, this option will not be available once slots are full

Fees

  • For express orders $80 and above (net after discounts) = $2.95
  • For express orders under $80 (net after discounts) = $10

7. Order Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of $10 will apply if you decide to cancel your order.
